Bach & Pflanzen ist ein interaktives Programm des Berner Cellisten Raphael Heggendorn. Dabei kommen Solosuiten von Johann Sebastian Bach und Improvisationen zum Erklingen. Unter freiem Himmel oder im geschlossenen Raum, das Programm kann an jedem Ort stattfinden und wird von der Umgebung, der Jahreszeit, dem Wetter und dem Publikum mitgestaltet.

As a mother of two school-age children, Sarah is used to singing children's songs. Although English is her native language, she speaks German. She sings and plays songs from around the world in many different languages and music styles. She looks forward to learning your child's favorite song to create an even more personal experience.

Finja and Sophie have known each other since daycare. Years later, they reconnect as teenagers, start singing together in a room, and instantly harmonize. The performances of William White, who grew up in Barbados, are bursting with energy. He is a talented songwriter and singer, placing equal importance on the messages in his songs as he does on strong melodies and driving grooves. William White's music reflects his Caribbean roots and is described as a blend of soul, funk, and reggae.

Raphael Schneider plays acoustic solo pieces on the guitar that can be categorized somewhere between fingerstyle, classical, pop, and instrumental songwriting. This genre-blending connection creates a dreamy atmosphere that reflects his years of love for playing the guitar.

Sandra Künzi's texts and sound inspire with energy, directness and precision. She belongs to the first generation of Swiss poetry slams. Her stage performance is explosive, intelligent, profound and humorous. The Bern native writes for stage, radio and paper.

Shirley Grimes' folk songs are personal and intimate, set against a soundscape that evokes her homeland of Ireland. She questions humanity and reminds us of the beauty of simplicity. Listening to Shirley is an authentic and honest experience that simply feels good.

On a selection of Schwyzerörgeli, Thomas Aeschbacher plays innovative original compositions and music that touches the soul. He was raised in a music-loving family and exposed to almost all musical styles. He has gathered extensive experience in various formations, both solo and larger formations.

Vera Kappeler defies categorization. The music of the pianist and harmonium player ranges from quirky sound experiments to idiosyncratic jazz interpretations to chansons. In her handling of old Swiss, Celtic, and American folk songs, she demonstrates boundless creativity.

Vincent Brunel ist leidenschaftlicher Geigenspieler. Er jongliert mit klassischer, Jazz- und traditioneller Musik und teilt mit dem Publikum die Melodien, die er auf seinen Reisen und Abenteuern gesammelt hat. Mehr als nur ein Instrument ist die Geige für ihn eine Brücke zwischen Kulturen und Emotionen – sie trägt seine Gefühle weiter, von Bachs Musik über irische Jigs bis hin zu traditionellen Tänzen aus der Auvergne und Skandinavien. Santiago is a Colombian cellist, composer, and folklorist. His music spans from classical pieces to Latin American song repertoire and free improvisation. Santiago is passionate about music and loves to connect his personal relationship with it to the poetry and lyrics of the songs that have accompanied him since childhood.
