With her crystal-clear, versatile voice, Vera Hiltbrunner moves between opera, chanson and yodelling, between storytelling, slam poetry and comedy. She loves to sit between two stools and open up new spaces for encounters – sometimes touching, sometimes playful, sometimes absurdly funny. For her, singing and storytelling are both communication and a bridge: a curious exploration of what we have in common, connecting people and creating resonance.

Veronika Stalder fuses jazz, world music, folk and classical music to create a unique voice and style. The talented multi-instrumentalist also feels at home when she sings about Mother Earth, plays Irish melodies on the violin, picks African riffs from the guitar or cultivates traditional Swiss singing.

Bach & Pflanzen is an interactive programme by Bernese cellist Raphael Heggendorn. It features solo suites by Johann Sebastian Bach and improvisations. Whether outdoors or indoors, the programme can take place anywhere and is shaped by the surroundings, the season, the weather and the audience.
